About us

We are part of the financial group of Česká spořitelna, and our mission is to construct a new headquarters for ČS in Prague, near Smíchov Station. A completely new urban district is emerging here, which has the potential to become a highly attractive place in the Czech capital. We aim to contribute to this and, therefore, we are building the headquarters based on a vision of a pleasant working environment for employees and openness to public life. At the same time, we follow the ESG standards to comply with the principles of responsible business.

Environment

The new headquarters of Česká spořitelna meets the ESG criteria in the environmental area in several ways. Firstly, the building plan includes recycled materials, thereby reducing its ecological impact. In addition, smart building management maximizes energy savings, thereby reducing its overall energy demands. Finally, with the use of green spaces, such as rooftop terraces, biodiversity is increased, and the quality of the local environment is improved. These aspects make the building a model of sustainable construction.
